Do you make deliveries?

Do you deliver in the wintertime?

Absolutely – Fresh flowers are most appreciated during Calgary’s long winters!. Marlow packages all orders to ensure they are protected from harsh weather elements throughout the year.

Can I request a specific time for the delivery of my arrangement?

We cannot guarantee a specific time for delivery – you can specify morning or afternoon and we will do our best to accomodate your needs. You may use the “Special Delivery Instructions” box located on the Delivery Information Page to request a particular range of time during day for your delivery. Around major holiday events (such as Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day) it is impossible to specify any delivery time.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Marlow is unable to cancel or modify orders that are already en route or delivered. Same-day orders are processed immediately and usually cannot be changed. With advance warning, orders may be altered or cancelled. If you have information regarding the delivery of an upcoming order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.

Can you create flower arrangements for businesses?

Yes! We can create special flower designs for corporate events and offices. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Can you provide flowers for events or occasions?

Yes! We can create flower designs suitable to any event or occasion. We pride ourselves on helping people in times of joy as well as in times of sadness. We feel that communication leads to succeess, so please get in touch with us to discuss your floral design needs.

What type of payment do you accept?
